Make Your Sensitive Skin Glow!

Sensitive SkinCaring for your sensitive skin can be a challenge.  Here’s a recipe, specifically for sensitive skin, to help your body glow!  It comes from the Mandara Spa at The Chedi in Bali.

Coconut Body Glow For Sensitive Skin

Ingredients

½ of a Young Coconut – Freshly Grated
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
½ Pound Carrots – Grated or Blended
2 Tablespoons Gelatin – Already Set

Recipe Directions

  1. Mix the freshly grated coconut with the turmeric.  Note: Turmeric is used for its cleansing properties and high vitamin C content.
  2. Gently rub the mixture all over your body.
  3. Leave for five minutes and wipe off with a wet, warm cloth.
  4. Mix the carrots and gelatin and apply to the skin.  This adds conditioning nutrients to the skin after the exfoliating process.
