MONTHLY SKIN CARE TIP

This monthly skin care tip on "Sensitive Skin Care" is provided to you compliments of IH Distribution LLC with a full line of serious skin care products and anti-aging skin care beyond anything you ever imagined. Check these world-class products from the science of biotechnology at www.ihdistribution.com.

There are three parts to effective sensitive skin care:

I. Sensitive skin care starts by reading labels.
Before applying creams, lotions, or make-up, read the ingredients list. The fewer ingredients on the label, the better. All products and formulas should be free of fragrance, dye, and isopropyl alcohol (commonly known as rubbing alcohol). Beware of botanical ingredients and oils, try each new product on the side of your neck for a week before using it on your face.

II. Sensitive skin care is about how you cleanse.
Wash your face with a milky, non-foaming liquid cleanser, the best we have ever found is White Foaming Cleanser, which can be purchased at www.ihdistribution.com. This gentle, non-soap foaming cleanser gently rids your skin of dirt, oils, and skin impurities - mild surfactants cleanse without stripping the skin of moisture and helps your skin to retain its natural pH balance, licorice extract and vitamin C help restore an even skin tone and reveal your fair complexion. Skin is left clean, clear, and radiant. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Moisten face and neck. With a gentle massaging motion, apply a generous amount of White Foaming Cleanser to moistened area, rinse with WARM water, use morning and night - for best results follow with White Essence, a rich and soothing skin serum.

Pat face with a soft, clean towel, leaving skin slightly damp. DO NOT use a toner, which generally contains drying and irritating isopropyl alcohol.

III. Sensitive skin care is about how you moisturize.
Dab moisturizer onto damp skin in the morning and at night. White Essence, available from www.ihdistribution.com, is a superior product from advanced biotechnology that actually helps smooth skin tone and renew your skin with radiance WITHOUT irritating ingredients. The key to a superior moisturizer is it forms a protective barrier against irritation.

In the morning, when the moisturizer is absorbed, apply a sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher, which should contain zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, which are least likely to cause reactions.
