Wasabi Tuna Pitas

1 (6 oz) Can Solid White Tuna in Water – drained
2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Red Onion
½ Teaspoon Wasabi Powder (dried Japanese horseradish)
2 (6”) Whole Wheat Pitas – cut in half
4 Red Leaf Lettuce Leaves
4 (¼“thick) SlicedTomato

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf and tomato slice.
  3. Fill with ¼ cup tuna salad.

Servings – 4.  Per serving, 3 Weight Watcher Points, 181 Calories, 3.8g Fat, 14.7g Protein, 23.4g Carbohydrates, 3.2g Fiber, 15mg Cholesterol, 2mg Iron, 442mg Sodium, 21mg Calcium

Spicy Thai Shrimp Wraps

1/4 Cup Reduced-Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Reduced-Fat Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1-2 Teaspoons Hot Chili Sauce with Garlic
1 Teaspoon Bottled Minced Ginger
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3/4 Lb. Cooked, Peeled Shrimp – coarsely chopped
5 (10”) Flour Tortillas
2 1/2 Cups Shredded Napa (Chinese) Cabbage

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir in shrimp. 
  2. Spoon ½ cup shrimp mixture down center of each tortilla. 
  3. Top shrimp mixture with ½ cup cabbage; roll up, burrito-style. Chill until ready to serve.

Servings – 5.  Per serving – 6 Weight Watcher Points, 310 calories, 5.5g fat, 25.9g protein, 37.3g carbohydrates, 5.6g fiber, 182mg cholesterol, 3.9mg iron, 833mg sodium, 179mg calcium

Roast Beef Wraps

2 Tablespoons Fat-Free Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Fat-Free Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Crumbled Blue Cheese
¼ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
4 (8”) Whole Wheat Tortillas
½ Pound Reduced-Sodium, Thinly Sliced Deli Roast Beef
2 Cups Fresh Arugula Leaves
½ Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Spread 1½ tablespoons sour cream mixture over each tortilla.  Top evenly with roast beef, arugula, and onion.  Roll up tortillas tightly; cut each in half crosswise, and secure with a wooden pick, if necessary.

Servings – 4.  Per serving, 5 Weight Watcher Points, 269 Calories, 6.4g Fat, 22.2g Protein, 30.8g Carbohydrates, 36mg Cholesterol, 2.3mg Iron, 562mg Sodium, 232mg Calcium
