Does Your Shampoo Adjust To Your Hair Type? Try All Natural Intelligence!

Skin Care, Anti-Aging and Health Tips and Advice

Do Scalp Treatments Really Work?

Absolutely!   A good scalp massage can:

  • Relieve tension
  • Unclog the hair follicles (thereby releasing natural conditioning oils)
  • Stimulate blood flow (so nutrients can better reach the scalp and nourish  your hair)

You can give yourself a home scalp massage:

  • Start with a shampoo and/or conditioner rich in clay (this acts as a sponge, absorbing grime) and tea tree oil and rosemary (which help with itching).
  • Use a fine-tooth comb or brush with flexible rubber bristles to loosen buildup, then wash hair clean.
  • Slowly massage a clay-based masque into your scalp
  • Slip on a plastic shower cap to help ingredients penetrate.  Rinse after 15 minutes.

The result will be fresher, glossier looking hair!
