MONTHLY SKIN CARE TIP
When going out for an evening, use the tips below as a guideline:
- Apply black eyeliner pencil and brush on a smoky gray shadow from lash lines to the creases of the lids - pewter is a great color. It looks equally beautiful on blue-eyed blondes and dark brunettes. Curl lashes and add two or three coats of mascara.
- Dust cheekbones, chest, and shoulders with a glimmering powder. Swish is over each area once - you only want enough to catch the light, which will make your skin gleam.
- Bright pink or deep red lipstick is a bit too much with a low-cut top. Instead, enhance your natural lip color with subtle shades, like matte dusty rose.
- Towering updos are out. Hair should look soft, not structured. At night, it should have some waves - either down or in a low, loose ponytail. To pump up fine or flat hair, blow it dry, put in small hot rollers for 10 minutes, tousle, and mist with a light-hold hair spray.
